What is your return & exchange policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your Greenline Goods glassware, we want to make it right! Please email support@greenlinegoods.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and where your purchase was made for a free return or replacement. Items must be unused and in the same condition they were received.
To make an exchange, it’s best to complete your return and place a new order.
Please note, all sale items are final purchase.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed once a return is received & will be processed in the order they arrive at our warehouse. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to be processed into your account. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@greenlinegoods.com.
